4.     Are the Majority of Fragments Predominately [Drop-down box]
    Options:
    Small (Less Than 3mm)
    Medium (Between 3mm And 10mm)
    Large (Greater Than 10mm)


5.     Are any of the fragments located within a joint space? [Drop-down box]


6.     Joint [Text box]
Listing of joint(s) when answering yes to #5.


7.     Other Fragment Related Observations [Rich (multi-line) Text box]

Images Panel
A table of available images for the selected patient.

1.     Date Imaged - Date imaging was performed.


2.     System Identified - whether or not the system has identified the image as positive for embedded fragment indicators.
The image study report text is analyzed for the following indicators:
    Foreign body, Foreign object, Foreign material, Shrapnel, Metallic object,
    Metallic body, Metallic fragment, Fragment, Embedded fragment, Bullet,
    IED, Improvised explosive device, Metallic density, Metallic densities, Metal


3.     Fragment Verified - whether embedded fragment(s) have been verified in one or more images.


4.     Reviewed - whether or not the image has been reviewed.


5.     Body Part(s) Imaged - the name of the body part that was imaged.


6.     Image Fragment Count - the number of fragments that can be found in the image.


7.     Image Url [Hyperlink] - URL to the image viewer utility.


8.     Details [Hyperlink] - URL to view the image details page.
